1 Day Insurance & Insurance Companies

Hello Everyone, I need to find out if there are any companies that will cover face painters for just one day? Also, renewal time is coming up again soon so any suggestions?

I researched doing this once as I had a gig booked the day after my insurance expired and my new insurance didn't kick in until the day after. 

What I found was that the insurance would cost more then I was getting paid for the $300 gig. Screw that noise!

I phoned the mall and they let me be covered by their insurance for the day.

Sometimes for gigs you can ask the client to cover the cost.  

I use Act Insurance, but I also sell caricatures.  It's $39 for one day or $90 for 3 months.  There are exclusions for certain types of events and artists, but face painters aren't on the list for exclusions.
