Hello from Ontario!

Hi everyone,

Time to introduce myself! My name is Mel, and I own a princess party company in Ontario! Essentially, we dress up as the Disney princesses, go to little girls birthday parties, and make dreams come true. Pretty awesome, if you ask me!

I found the forum because I was looking around for a forum on glitter tattoos actually and found you lovely people! From reading through the forums, and seeing the amazing art you guys do, I started thinking about learning to face paint... it was always an option in our company (you would get a heart or flower on the cheek!) but I mean I want to learn how to REALLY face paint. I actually just did my first rainbow cake butterfly today, and I think I am hooked!

So if you see me on the newbies forum, or show and tell every now and again, don't judge me too hard! For me, princessing and related arts is really about battling depression after the loss of my father and my brother. I do this for me, and just happen to make a living in the mean time!

If you go into your Profile, above, and type in your general location, you will be more visible to painters around you so you can be easily invited to jams. There may be face painters around you who are yearning to be princesses.
