Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum & Glitter Tattooing...
I need advice if anyone has purchased from vendors on AliExpress & how did u pay?
1st order: my BoA Visa Card transaction didn't go through = called card company, released hold
2nd order: bank sees it as "pending status" but, my order was closed with AliEx because i need to provide more info... yea, i'm not going to upload!
Now, vendor is asking if if I'd like to pay through their paypal account without going thru site.? A little hesitant without having placed an actual order through online or go for it?

~Has anyone experienced this through AliExpress and what type have you paid with?
Read on some forums ppl buy pre-paid visa charge cards, called bank & it went thru(which i did alredy), setup euro paypal.
I really want to get a Moonlight Glitter 38 color Kit asap.. by next week hopefully for a gig & probably my only option is to buy here from US vendors.
~Any suggestions on where to get affordable glitter/kit from?

my guess is, ordering from china, you won't see a kit from them for at least a month. just a hunch though. I've order items off e-bay that were shipped from china and it took FOREVER to receive them.

The vendor says that they have a US warehouse... in Atlanta & Reno and it would only take 3-5days. I'm so torn
