I just need a hug today

Maybe a crash after all the work this weekend.

Maybe because I am under the weather.

Maybe because today is the 1 year since my husband and I seperated and I am feeling really lonely down, and sad... We were together 10 years... and it still feels empty.

I could sure use some warm fuzzies.

Step outside at least three times, into the varying angles of the sun as it plays its light along the hours. Look for the small but persistent signs of spring that are promises ripening everywhere, along dark austere branches, pushing up from black cold mud, striving and growing and reaching and getting ready to sing. FInd these signs in you again, too. Which is what life is for us, over and over. As long as we stay alive to it ...
