Zero gravity chair: regular or oversized? Empty Zero gravity chair: regular or oversized?

Hey fabulous painter friends! I have been doing belly painting for a couple years now out of my home. However, I just got a gig at a community baby shower where I will be painting lots of bellies in a public location. (Will have to simplify to do as many as possible!) Anyway, I know I want to get a Zero Gravity chair from researching on the Forum, and now I am wondering if I need to go with an oversized one or regular? Being that patio furniture is out of season here in MN I can't go try them out at the hardware store. Smaller of course is better for transport, and the less I have to spend the more I'll make in the end from the gig, but the moms' comfort is the most important. I just want to be sensitive...I know from experience myself that pregnant moms feel huge enough already without being asked to sit in a chair with arm rests that may not fit them! Anybody have any suggestions?

Personally, I am a large woman. I have an oversized chair, and my sister has a regular sized chair. I fit in hers just fine. Mine is way too heavy to carry around a bunch. Hers is no big deal.

Dear Gretchen:
When I was pregnant,
I couldn't help but notice that I got bigger,
in front.
Yeah, some in the caboose to keep me from tipping over onto my face, too.
If I had climbed into an oversized chair, I would have felt so svelt. I would have loved a bigger chair, if belly painting as available as it is today.

Having said that....
my 250lb husband has a regular Zero Gravity Chair and fits just fine.

Good to know...thanks, ladies!! Maybe I'll compare the weight, since they do list that on Amazon. If it doesn't way too much more, maybe I'll go for oversized, but will see what I find! Thank you!!

I got my zero gravity chair today! Glad I went for the XL size, especially seeing that some of the width is taken up with the bungee cord attachments and such. I think it'll be perfect and can't wait to see it in action!
