Neon or regular?

I have really limited money so can only buy a bit at the moment. I want to get a large rainbow cake to practice sponging it on. Would I be better getting a neon or a regulat? I'm using TAG (if that matters?) I figure I'll try both eventually but for now I need to be really selective.

In my opinion, i would probably get the regular... only because my neon is sooo popular that i use nothing else until it gets used all up and to be honest i get sick of rainbow everything haha... but neon makes your work look AMAZING. not sure ive been that much help sorry haha

Go neon if you're only going to choose one or the other.

Reason: my very first split cake was TAG rainbow. Girls loved it, worked well etc.... but since buying the neon split, that's all they want. I have resorted to hiding my neon at contract gigs, so I can use up the rest of my regular rainbow cake. What they don't know.... they won't miss....
I'm saving the neon for PPF, and in the future, only NEON rainbow for me. Of course there are plenty of other great colour combos (that aren't strictly rainbow), but it looks like you're only interested in rainbow for now. Geez, I think these snowflakes are making me dizzy!

That's what I was thinking too. I can only afford one for now and figured it would be a favorite for girls wanting butterfly's. Mine always wants a pirate or dinosaur lol I had a massive culture shock the first time I did painting at a market. One girl wanted flowers, one an orange butterfly, one a purple the rest were all pink butterfly's. I personally would rather rainbow butterfly's then pink.

I went neon. Its popular, its very pretty and it didn't take me long to learn how to use it well. You will love love it.

You can't go wrong. If you only have one, that is the one kids will want. If you have both, most will pick the neon...

Neon rainbo tigers are popular with both boys and girls, and a Neon Rainbow scull is a nice alternative to a scary one, and some boys will go for that with Mom's approval if mom won't go for full on scary. Yeah, maybe I would go neon...
