Zombies, zombies, zombies....

Here's the juice:

I am doing a zombie musical.... seriously, how fun is that?!!! But the zombie makeup won't be gory... the zombies are from a nuclear reactor accident, so there will be melted skin, UV yellows and greens 'cause they are using a lot of black lights.

I am not a big SFX person yet (notice how I didn't use SEX, fesspenter!) and for the lead male I am envisioning a melting eyebrow coming down (but it can't obscure the vision)... do you guys think I can achieve this look strictly through paint, or am i going to have to use an appliance?

Then, the school will be doing a zombie flash mob for three different cafeterias between the high school and the 9th grade annex building. I have to get the cast to look like zombies with minimal time and minimal makeup....

Ok.... GO!!!!

Okay....
simple recipe for melting eyebrow:
Slick down eyebrow so it doesn't get ripped off after the performance.
Place latex above the eyebrow and just below.
Gently press 1 ply of 2 ply kleenex ripped into a piece the size you need to cover the melted area. Feather the latex out over the edges.
Wait for it to cure.
Use your appliance.
As the latex dries, it dries more transparent.
Now, you are ready to cover it with paint, or makeup or hair or gelatinous substance to look all meltedy.

Um, I do not know if meltedy is a word.
I hope that you understand my made up word.

You are amazing. The makeup was fabulous in the pictures. I cannot begin to imagine how stressful that would feel backstage if I were in your shoes. You have nerves of steel and a fantastic talent for art and stage make up.

The most stressful part is avoiding kisses from Skimbleshanks... he keeps trying to plant black lips on me but it doesn't work cause I know how to powder make-up to be smudge proof... but he keeps trying!
