It's a colorful christmas design

I wanted to create a different design then just using the christmas colors. So I thought about doing a little something brightful. Here is my little design I created and the inspiration came from my computer wallpaper.

Love the design! Nice to have a different take. It reminds me of what the old fashioned Christmas lights looked like when they reflected off of our celing from our tree. Beautiful!

I'm sure the technique is being used by others but here is how I do my pine bunch:

I use a #3 round brush, wolfe brown, mint green and green and make sure to use the tip of the brush hair to create small needles.



To make the needles do really thin drops and you start from the branch up.

When you apply your pale green color, you fill the branch and you do the same after with the darkest green.

Here is next step is you want to add more branches:
