I'll be doing that reindeer, too!
Re: Post Entries Here!
Thanks guys, I was trying to do designs that are more boy/girl so that I dont have to offer as many christmas faces. I'm thinking 5 good unisex...
Re: Post Entries Here!

Re: Post Entries Here!
Really love the entries so far I'll be using a couple of them in the holidays
I got inspired by a Swedish tradition: young girls wear wreaths with candles for Christmas. I added mistletoe on the side to complete the design.

Re: Post Entries Here!
First, I sponged in the basic shape and background using wolf brown and tan for the reindeer and snaz blue and lilac for the sky
Next, I added the nose with snaz red and the antler with a mix of wolf brown and wolf black. Then I stared some outlines with Wolf black
then I added some snowflakes and dots with fab silver and wolf white
Then I added some white outlining and a starburst on the nose (painting a starburst on my own nose was quite difficult!) and some detail on the muzzle, fairy dust sparkles and done

I love how so many of these designs are good for gigs...great job to everyone so far. It is definitely going to be difficult to decide who to vote for.

Re: Post Entries Here!
Love them all! I painted mine today-- still have to upload them. I am getting in the holiday spirit with all of these great designs!
Re: Post Entries Here!
Okay here we go, I hope I entered this right. I used a #4 and #1 round, #12 flat, wolfe white and black, tag red, the rest dfx, and liquid bling. I kept forgetting to take pics and being my first challenge it was a real challenge
The front shot of whole thing don't allow to see the side with all the work
So I like the side shot best

Re: Post Entries Here!
These are all very good I take it from looking at past challenges, submissions on practice head is okay? As you can tell, my little one was less than thrilled to be being painted yet again!
Re: Post Entries Here!
I wish I had done mine on a practice head lol my kids were less thrilled than yours, I actually got called a "meanie butt"!
Re: Post Entries Here!
Lol...mine was less than thrilled, too. But I don't have a practice head and her 2 year old brother won't sit still so she's out of luck
Re: Post Entries Here!
Consider it an early Christmas, it's a shaved beauty head but it paints very nicely. I have a photo posted of one painted in a thread I started if you want to take a look...
