I can pretty much duplicate most faces I see, but I'd like to learn how come up with these faces on my own. I want to be able to create my own version of "two-face/hulk".

If you want to come up with your OWN ideas get some art books on dragons and anatomy... or google images... then study them and figure out how to adapt what you see to fit a face.

Aside from that it has to be the original Wolfe Bros books. The Snaz etc ones just looks sooo dated now...

Not books but if you find yourself in the market for classes two instructors who just don't demo and then have you do those faces in class but really help your create are my good friends Pashur and Kurt Drake (sorry to my other close friends who teach - I love learning from you all too). These two really know who to help you see not a demoed face art but the components of the art and they will challenge you (nicely) to create.
