Loving this more and more!

Just thought I'd share with everyone how much I am enjoying being a face painter! My mom always told me you can't make a career out of art but here we are. Here's some pics from this past couple weekends, I feel I've grown so much as an artist and a business person.






I have you all to thank for teaching me techniques and providing laughs. I actually don't have anything this coming weekend so I'll let you know what beer I choose to supplement my painting

I agree with you, we have the most fun job out there!

I really love the idea of doing the hulk design just on the forehead. So much better for both the kids and the parents. Great job on all of the designs!

I also love that hulk! Feeling inspired! I was so lucky to have parents who supported me going to college for art. I remember being afraid to sit down and tell them I wanted to be an art major. My dad was such a practice man, I thought he would die. Oddly it didn't turn into my job until 10 years after college.

It was actually such a cool Hulk because first his parents said no to a full face so I just did the forehead. It kinda looked like he was beginning his transformation so his dad told me that throughout the party I could add a little more until he was the real deal. The boy was sooo excited when I pulled him aside and said, "One more thing."

He was roaring at all the guests by the end of the day haha!

That Hulk is brilliant--never even thought of using it for a half face! Wow!

I love this too (and pretty new at it)! Love that Hulk face, it's looks so simple and quick, yet very effective and cute! Do you mind if I use the look for a festival I'm doing in NY?

Really like your hulk...esp. on little, squirmy boys! I'd never done one when a 4 yr old birthday boy asked me for one last w/e. When I was scrolling on my Iphone, he saw this & chose a "half face. I like yours SO much more. See, that's the great thing about FPF. What a resource.

Whoops, forgot add the pic. Not so good, but they were happy. Afterwards, I thought I should have added hulkhair, but he had started to tremble, so I finished QUICKLY! He laughed out loud in the mirror & came back for a "...look again?"

What a wonderful Hulk design! All of your designs look quick and cute.

I tell my kids to do what makes them happy. It makes for a less stressful life.
