They're some kind of advertisement, they're available since 1988 or something like that.
In 2006 a supermarket in the Netherlands introduced them for the World championship soccer. They became a huge succes!
A few weeks ago I painted one for the European championships this year, and placed it on Facebook One Strokes.
After that I made some for queens jubilee in UK when somebody asked for ideas. Everybody loved them and Tina Martin started Wuppie Waggon.
That's the story in a nutshell!

Those are the cutest lil things! You know we are all going to want to paint wuppies now! LOL I had never heard of them, I love the book idea, you should go for it.

I joined the facebook wuppie waggon right away. They appear to be the simplest little things to do but their cuteness and adorableness transcends all understanding!

I am a better person for having discovered wuppies.
