20 kids in 15 minutes

I am painting at my son's school today. 80 kids in 1 hour or 4 sets of 20 every 15 minutes. Yippee off I go.

EEEEEK! I would say it was a Jason Polick kind of day and do splatter painting...you could even do more than one kid at a time. Have the art teacher do a mini lesson on abstracts.

You could make finger print buddies have the teacher help them by putting a colored fingerprint on their cheek. Then you add the features to make it an animal.

Did that for wrapping paper once for Secret Santa. The guy I got was a retired policeman and even with my fingerprint buddies all over the white wrapping he still couldn't guess who his Secret Santa was.

Well I was over my time by 15 minutes. I did 160 kids. That is one experience I never EVER want to repeat. And the really big kicker? I was soooo busy I didn't even get a card in each kid's hand darn it all!

I'm just glad it's over. It's a small school so most of the parent's know me anyway and if they don't the teachers were so happy I was there they will be happy to tell them about me.

When asked what their favorite "station" was 80% of the kids said me. LOL

I did get my shirts finally so at least I was wearing my shirts with my info on them today.

I couldn't figure out why my left shoulder hurt. It was from holding the kid's head still. LOLOL

I gave them 12 designs to choose from. I'll take a pic in a minute and upload it.

I have to admit, I didn't outline the snake, or highlight the scorpion. No one asked for soccerball and I only did one spider and basketball. I really learned how to do flowers though.

Your day sounds like when my work asked me to face paint 6 hours one afternoon. I asked how many kids they expected me to have, They said.... oh about 1,500. I was only able to do about 120. I guess I should feel blessed that they thought I could do one kid every 24 seconds

wow how were you able to keep track of how many you painted while painting that fast..and finding time to change water and such...and you said you went 15 min over..so you painted and hour and 15 min...thats crazy but cool
