Paradise Mango vs orange?

I'm almost out of my paradise orange, and Metina doesn't seem to have any in the shop. What is the mango like? Anyone have a comparison of that to orange?

I would love to see a swatch of that, too!

I use it as part of a tiger blend but wouldn't pick it as my "orange" tiger colour if you get what I mean.

here you go as part of a quick (really quick to wet) blend
orange, mango, yellow and white - and I wet the white too much so left it sort of out I used the kitchen tap in a hurry to wet my sponge so just imagine
also the sun came out

yeah it's more yellow than orange... Ilike it in the blend it's pretty but not what I'm looking for. THANK YOU!! for taking the time to do the swatches

It does blend beautifully with the orange...

Mango is really a ocher kind of yellow. I use it on tigers and for the beak on angry birds!

That is my tiger blend base(plus the stuffed up white) and I thought that in fairness to mango as I use a lot of it. that I should show why.
it blends nice with browns too and looks good on cheetahs, and lions.

Hmm, my orange is not that bright.

I seen on another thread that paradise orange used to use a different pigment I only branched into paradise in i think jan/feb all of my colours from both the big and small pallets came from the forum shop. (except mabye the stuffed up white as I use that up really quick) they look the same the big and small palette version so I think both are the new pigments. although I never seen or had the old ones.

I think I spent about $400 on paradise over two orders?

Has anyone had experience with the brilliant orange vs the regular orange? I have been thinking about going into Paradise (I am using only wolfe and a rainbow cake of snazz), but I want to make sure I get the most vibrant of each color. Thanks in advance.

I love Tag Orange, but not pearl orange. Paradise orange is awesome as well but I think I prefer Tag Regular orange to all.

I ordered every brilliant from SF (as I could not wait) and... they accidently enclosed normal orange - still waiting to here back from them about that. I am not happy sent email dSaturday, when I got back from Australian body art awards/convention thing (would have been friday in USA I think) I pay a fortune in shipping to get things in Australia. So not happy - I have the other 7 colours though.

Are the brilliant colors metallic? Or just a little shimmery? Could you show a picture of some swatches?

Depends on which colour you have. The gold and silver are metallic (as in so realistic you can almost mirror yourself), the other colours are also metallic, but not as shiny as the gold and silver.
