I'm kind of working backwards here (I started a busines & now I decided I needed a busines plan Rolling Eyes ) I was told that my paints, brushes, glitters, etc. are all fixed cost. Do you agree?

Nope. Consumable supplies. Price is not fixed as you do not spend the same amount on them every month.

I categorize paints and glitter as supplies. Brushes and sponges are equipment.

Fixed costs are things like rent, car, telephone... things that are a monthly fixed price or contract payment monthly/or for whatever period.
