Only fix i know of...

according to some online websites, try adding some sterile bottled water, soak, and see if it reconstitutes enough so you can mix it up again.

I've been reconstituting dried up gels with distilled water for years. Just add a little water put the lid back on and let it sit.

I've done this to jars repeatedly and it will continue to work. I don't use gels much, so they dry out on me.

Distilled water you say?

Gonna try that next time.

I just try not to let them dry out at all by adding a tiny bit of medium to them from time to time. But once they are dry they never quite worked the same.
