Business Name

I've been struggling with a name for my busines several weeks now. I owned a pet sitting service for 10 years and the name for that business came to me right away, was able to get a domain name and all the business licensing and never a road block. I was thinking about Eye Candy Face Painting by ReRe, but that is way too long. Great logo though. Do you think that it makes a dfference if you have your own name in the business? I've come up with a much shorter .com name and the domain is also available, but it doesn't include my name. Once I get this sorted out, I can then move forward with my website and facebook.

I don't know that you have to have your own name as part of your business name. Eye Candy Face Painting sounds great by itself. Did you decide already? Just curious.

I didn't use my name as part of the business name can always add it or take it away if needed.  If you put it as part if your business name, then you don't have as much freedom with it.

I chose Jazz-N-Dazzle. With a caption "Jazz up your next event and Dazzle your guests with face painting by ReRe Jones". I was able to get JazzNDazzle.com as well.
