Hi folks,

I purchased a couple of the Glimmer nail polish type applicator bottles and a large bottle of Glimmer glue to refill them with. I've had no problem rinsing out and refilling the small containers, but I can't seem to get the nail polish applicator type bristles clean and freely moving for great application. I've tried soap and water, and soaking the brush in rubbing alcohol over night. No love. Any suggestions? I go through it pretty fast, hate to have to keep buying more small bottles...

Try buying stronger alcohol. My local drug store has 91% on the shelves, Hopefully this helps. If you ever want to do free hand tatts....
I bought a special container from American Body Art for the 2 brushes I use for free hand glitter tatts. You hang the brush in the alcohol after scrubbing on the grate on the bottom. this dissolves the glue & keeps the brush ready for the next customer. Follow this link for the brushes & cleaning cup.

Yes strong alcohol or GooGone but you must clean them with alcohol to remove the googone. I use Glimmer, too. Smile
