how to thicken pros-aide glue? i swear by moonlight glue
my brand of pros aide is just too thin, and seems to bleed under the stencil. is there a way to thicken it?
i have been using the moonlight glue (made in China) that came with a kit, and i swear its the bests and its really thick and lasts very long. i ended up buying the large refill glue, but they call it glitter gel for some reason. since i have a lot of pros-aide, i was thinking of a way to thicken it.

Just make sure you try a small batch! They might react together and clump. I sure need a new glue. Where are you ordering Moonlight from?

Pros-aide cream is made by the manufacturer to be thicker - I learned in school that it is possible to just mix cabosil in to regular Pros-aide to make more of a paste. If you do a Google search for that search term (thicken Pros-aide) you find numerous methods of doing this. One basic method is to leave the jar open, stirring every few minutes to avoid a skin. I did this with spirit gum years ago, but for Pros-aide I have the cream and I just flip back and forth depending on if I need thick or thin. My thin always thickens after a few weeks of work if I leave it open during an event.
