Eyelash glue? Body glue? Same thing?

I'm trying to find a more affordable and easier obtainable body glue for glitter tatts and there is a Chinese beauty supply shop down the street from me who sells large bottle of eyelash glue for cheap. To me it seems the same as the body glue that comes in glitter tat kits? Does anyone know the ingredients for these two and if they are indeed the same? I imagine anything safe for the EYE area would work safely on a child's body.

Well, I don't know exactly, except I wouldn't use body glue for eyelashes... but your logic for eyelash glue on the body makes sense to me.
