Cream color palettes for lips?

I've come across this wonderful makeup forever 12 flash color case and thought about buying for painting the kids lips. The aqua paint doesn't last long enough and has kids come back to me when it's smudged to fix it.

What holded me back was the price. It's around $95,-

I was wondering if there are similar cheaper palettes to be using on the lips and want to know your experiences with using these kinds of products on the lips.

Flash is a pro product (I use it on set for video work) - it's a cream - it doesn't set without powder - and I think the blues and green can't be used on the lips. What about looking for an interesting set of colour lipsticks?

Buy some lipsticks and put them in a bobbin case. Most bobbin cases have 25 holes that each will hold a whole lipstick. So one small case the size of two decks of cards has 25 whole lipsticks.

I have three in my make-up kit. If you want to use lipstick instead of FP on lips that is an easy way to carry them.

I would rather re-apply a little face paint to the lips then spend $95 on a lip palette...

I use the Coastal Scents 66 Lip Palette and I absolutely adore it.

It's less than $20, and often goes on sale... and it has 66 colours, including some very vibrant blues.

Each lip colour contains about 10 applications... so that works out to 660 potential applications.

It is an amazing bargain, and the girls go craaaazy for it. I can't recommend it enough!

We seem to have an Ulta Beauty supply on every corner, so I purchased 2 NYX lip gloss palettes (1 pink and 1 red). It gave me 12 colors to choose from - plenty for lips for FP events IMHO. I think I spent about $20. I apply the lip color with a q-tip, add a little fairy dust and the kids walk away feeling like a million bucks. I do need to find black for my animal faces, but something stops me from buying black lipstick. I need to get over my Goth-discrimination I guess!

I think cream make up won't stick on lips, I have the coastal scents lip gloss that I bought for 12 dollars + 11 dollars shipping, well I found the very same one on e-bay for 7.99 no shipping, I am trying cheap one on myself, no problem and the colors are exactly the same as the coastal's.

I use lime crime lipsticks awesome unusual colors in cream or metallic gloss. Awesome eyeshadows too.
