Seeking recommendation: highly pigmented turquoise and lime green for stencils?

I need to order some new paint for our production (today, ideally) and need something that will have bold coloring for stencil use - looking for something that will be effective and show up on light complexions without having to add outlines... Metallics or pearls would be best (as the kids LOVE them!)

Also... who has the best price/fastest shipping for Kryolan? I need to refill our palettes!

Would you call the Lagoon Blue or the Teal the more "turquoisey?"

Thanks for the recommendation. Do you know if Paradise has a bold lime/apple green?
