That's awesome, Ainslie!! It feels sooooo good, doesn't it! Very Happy

This month marks 12 years since I quit. I smoked for 20 years, more than a pack a day. Even after 12 years of having quit, I still get a thrill out of being a non-smoker. I never thought I'd do it. And I'm so glad I did - there are so many pluses and not a single thing I miss.

good for you! I quit 14 years ago and also smoked a lot, 30 cigarettes a day. so glad I quit!

Well done, ABD i too have quit smoking but i also quit coffee and alcohol it been 4 months and it been great i wasn't really a heavy smoker and drinker so i thought i need to get healthy and i don't miss smoking but want so funny i cant stand the smell now but when i was smoker i couldn't smell so now when i get home from party where people a smoking my hair and my clothes smell so BAD I NOW KNOW HOW MY NON SMOKERS FRIENDS FEEL NOW am GLAD and HAPPY I quit i can now look forward to a healthy life Very Happy
