First birthday party!
Well, I did my first - paid!! - birthday party today!
The circumstances were not perfect, it was crowdy (hothothot!)and I had not enough space (50 x 50 cm table) so I had to stock my paint (Im so glad i vecroed them into the boxes last week! Just put each box on top of the others), but the children and parents were very cooperative!
The children I had to paint were very young 2 - 5 years, so a little bit wiggly!
I painted for an hour and 15 minutes, and did 10 children! That's not too bad for first attempt!
And the cildren were so happy with the FP!!

Re: First birthday party!
Exciting...now you're over the hump and can really move on. Suggest you sit down and remember each face and how you would do it differently next time. Give real thought to where your water and brushes are placed so that they are right at your hand. Often set up really affects speed. Wish you many more wonderful events. P.S. Seldom are there ideal circumstances, lol.

Well done! I'm working on set up, I got myself a roll up camping table 70 x 70cm, it's a good size for me, but I'm still trying to perfect my setup...

Re: First birthday party!
Way to go!! Congrats, sounds like it all went well. I personally think you did great to do 10 in an hour and 15 for your first go, specially for that very wiggly age group. You will def get faster the more you paint.
