my 1st company gig

So this friday i Have my 1st company gig. It is a christmas party for the company my friend works at. So i made sure I got my insurance finally, just incase anything was to happen. But I am still really nervous because i am still farely new. So I do not have that many designs. I have no clue how many people are expected either and of course I will be the only one doing the face painting and balloon twisting for 2 hrs so far. Well unless they need me to stay longer. If you'll can post easy pics I may use i would really appreciate it. Thanks a bunch.

Hi Imelda,

If you search through the forum archives, you'll find LOTS of threads with easy designs for long lines. It's not okay to use pictures of someone else's work on your board. I recommend spending the rest of your week painting these designs on yourself or any willing victims children to prepare your board. It does take some time and effort, but you'll improve your designs, improve your speed, and will have a board of designs painted by your own hand...win-win!

thanks, that is usually what i do when ever my daughters let me. I do not post pictures from any one else because mine never come out like them so i just try to do some but they mainly repeat themselves so i was trying to get quick new designs i have not tried yet. let me start searching, and hopefully i can get a board or i might just put some in a binder with those plastic covers maybe.

So I did the event yesterday and I didn't get to take pictures. The event was paid for 2 hrs and ended up staying 3 1/2 hrs. I had taken my lil brother to help me take pictures and fill out a permission paper that Shannon shares on her page, those got signed but we couldn't fill them out with the kids info, and ofcourse no pictures. He had to help make balloons even though he only knows a couple of designs but it helped a lot.
