Irish tiger :)
I think this is my 4th or 5th tiger..not sure. The base didn't come out as well as I hoped as I'm still horrid at sponging but all in all I like it, especially the clover on the forehead
Any constructive critisism is helpfull to me. (does this forum have spell check? lol I really need it)

Re: Irish tiger :)
cute
If you are going to put the white dots on all the other stripes though, you should probably add them to the shamrock as well.

Thankyou! That's a good point, the dots were kind of an after thought just to see how they would look

I agree with Perry some highlights to the clover would be great to tie it all in together. Great Idea for St. Patty's day!

Re: Irish tiger :)
I really like the idea, and I see what you were trying to do by leaving the clover open on one side. I'd paint the clover open on all sides - I can take a photo of this to illustrate when I get home.
I'd also paint fewer dots - they overwhelm the stripes.
The tiger needs some tear lines from the inside of the nose bridge out past the eyebrow - real tigers have this.
I'd also do some shadowing with a deeper green to dark blue and highlighting with some punchy yellow - it'll give the base a bit more depth and help disguise anywhere it doesn't lay down smoothly.

Thanks so much! I'd love a picture of the clover, I can't totally imagine that. I completely agree about the shading, there are actually two greens there but it just blended all into one color...any advice on how to keep the shading clean so it doesn't do that? Again, thankyou!

Re: Irish tiger :)
I noticed you put the darker green in the middle and the lighter green on the outside. Try it the other way arround to give it more depth.
And I agree with the advice to use fewer dots and keep the number uneven. Either 3 or 5.
