offcourse you can! you don't need to ask that! I'm very proud that anyone wants to use my designs as inspiration!
Re: teaching advanced Fancy Classes at Starmagic, last lesson...merry X-mas!
Did you make the gem with a splitcake and an usual sponge or a pouncer?
Re: teaching advanced Fancy Classes at Starmagic, last lesson...merry X-mas!
I made the gem with 2 smal pouncers..one with purple and black, the other with pink and white..

That's a great mask! Love the colours on the gem and those small flowers too! Did you do a step by step or a video tutorial or whatever or should I take next flight to Netherlands before your next class?

As usual Michelle you produce stunning work. It's no wonder they asked you to teach.

Beautiful work Michelle!
How's the response been to your classes? Did you get a lot of students? I miss teaching so much & wish I could find an avenue for it locally again. I taught some basic sponging to a team I put together at church for when we do big kids event. It was so much fun & I would love to do it more. Not sure I'd want to do it in my own market though...

I only have 7 students..but they started out as a group of 8 with another teacher in the 6 animal classes and the 6 monsterclasses..that teacher quit and I was asked to teach. They love my lessons and feel like they learn a lot! I'm very easy and calm..show everything..many times..give them little pointers and tips..
Pilar..sorry, I didn't do a step by step...first sponge on a base of dfx metallic white, pink and purple
then create the gem with a small pouncer loaded with purple and black and one loaded with pink and white
add the swirls above the eys and then from the corner of the eyes..finally connect those with another swirl in white
add drops around the gem and under the eyes
then outline the whole mask in double white scallops
add black detail and some purple detail
add some dots and starbursts and done!

thanks for all the kind words and compliments! I really love to create new designs!
Re: teaching advanced Fancy Classes at Starmagic, last lesson...merry X-mas!
I really love how you create balance in your asymetrical designs, Michelle. Mine are a little topsy-turvy or something. I don't seem to see it until after the pictures have been taken. I guess I need to work on taking a moment to step back and increase my field of focus.
Re: teaching advanced Fancy Classes at Starmagic, last lesson...merry X-mas!
I forget to do that too all the time!
Re: teaching advanced Fancy Classes at Starmagic, last lesson...merry X-mas!
so made this for the last lesson to make them drool over one stroke!..I'll be teaching that workshop in march again and wanted to get some more students!
