this saturday im filling in omg the poor children

hey guys im filling in face painting on Saturday im very very bad at it i need to get very easy step designs and fast so i joined you guys
i paint but not good at faces
so thats really about it
im crappy lol and need to get good in two day

I would suggest offering just a few simple choices that you feel comfortable doing, and put those on a list!

im trying to find something i can do simple but its hard as i always want to just try paint why i needed suggestions i did a few to test out im not to good and all the ones i tried to look at and do well i cant do them need to be my own but the ideas are not mine im just having to keep practicing i also was only supplyed with basic 5 colours black white red yellow blue i have few bright ones my own lucky but nothing flash
im sure the kids will be happy if i can just do a few pattens well i hope
i cant find basic stuff though its all hard

I'd google tutorials for cheek butterflies and flowers for the girls and spiderwebs and snakes for the boys. Those are the simplest designs I can think of, but I can't explain in type how to do them.

I know Snazaroo's US site has a step-by-step section in it's gallery. You could try there.

ok i dont know if this will work but i did my own face and im going to wear this tomorrow when i face pain if it doesnt work the pics in my gallery its me with spider webs and lips with just a red line down them


it didnt work but oh well ill find out how to load pics soon enough i hope

well todays my big day i hope i can do it for the poor kids sake i want happyness all around ill let you know how i went

How'd it go?

hey sorry i took a while to get back
well all the kids were happy and mums and dads so i guess it went well i myself thought they were average but no crying children however i got asked to do a tranceformer si i did a ceptacon (sorry cant spell) the kid was happy as had to look it up on phone for referance it was ok ill put pics in my album soon not to day as i feel crappy
thanks guys for your lovley forum as it really has did help me ill stay a member and ponder through the threads enjoy your painting as for me i think ill stick to canvis or other backings ....you can keep the children n their faces ..

Hhehehe. Well, I'm glad it went well. I guess facepainting isn't for everyone.

Some people just prefer non-interactive canvasses...but I love the smiles...
