Click on the shop banner at the top. The prices are all visible. Please let me know if I can help.

I agree, I couldn't see any prices either! I wanted to order a few things and there were no prices and there were no product descriptions, so I was just guessing when I clicked a Snazaroo pot that looked like the right color. Then when I added them to my cart and tried to check out thinking the prices would appear then, they didn't. I didn't want to enter all my info, just to find out if the prices would appear.....

I went back to check and they still aren't there. So I clicked on the top left side of the page and pulled down to highlight the area and then I was able to see the prices and descriptions but only if they were highlighted by my selecting the screen. Weird!

Still can't see any prices. The only thing that allows me to 'click' is the word 'shop' it's in blue and then all that happens is the display of paint pots just change order. The banner at the top of the page, the one with a golf ball, doesn't allow me to do anything.

Thanks

Golf Ball and pulling down a highlighted area?? Are you going to facepaintforumshop.com?? These aren't features of my shop that I know of. The names are all there and descriptions that I thought people would like. If any product needs further description, please send me a list and I will put further details. I will admit to thinking that most people will know what these items are and that a picture would speak volumes, but don't want to assume this. Please let me know what info you'd like and I will happily update. I wouldn't want to order with out prices either!

Let me do some investigating as the company hosting the shop did do some migration. I have had several orders placed over the last week since with no issues. Please let me know.

I tried it again Metina and it isn't working for me. Maybe it's my comp but if Judy's having trouble too then I don't know. When I click on the banner that says Face Paint Forum Shop, Click Here it takes me to a page that has a menu at the top with a picture of a golf ball. You are able to pick a category from this menu (ie. Snazaroo, brushes & foams, rainbow cakes, etc) but when you scroll down to any of these pages there are simply pictures of products. Then if I roll my mouse to a top corner, click the left button and scroll down it will highlight the area you are dragging across. It's only after I highlight the area that I can see the prices and descriptions. The descriptions are fine, I'd assume too that everyone knows what your describing, but I just can't see that description unless I highlight the page by clicking my mouse and dragging it across the screen. You have some awesome products though!

Metina I just emailed you (cut & paste) what the page looks like. I get the same thing with the golf ball banner and no prices unless highlighted.

I am on hold with tech support now. It looks fine to me(has the same look as the forum more or less). The problem is that my text is white and the design they are pulling in has a white background. Thus no prices or descriptions will show.

Try refreshing the page, then try deleting your browesing history and your cookies. I really appreciate your bringing this to my attention and hope to have it resolved ASAP.

Hi Metina,

I refreshed the page, deleted the history and cookies and I'm still getting the golf ball banner and no descriptions or prices.

I have put in a trouble ticket and have been on hold multiple times with ProStores and gave up after about 15 minutes. I will try again today, but am basically at their technical assistance mercy.

I will try again now.

They took two weeks to answer my last trouble ticket, and I am really frustrated, but will have to wait them out.

So sorry for the trouble.

I am quite aggrivated with them, and can't imagine the sales I am missing from the people who won't contact me. They say they will address the issue in one business day and it has been 7 days. I feel like I am over a barrel since it will take so much time to set up a new site, the domain name ect...

Thanks again for the patience.

Can you guys check again and see what you are seeing? They walked me through a change that I think may have fixed it.

Metina, unfortunately all I can see is nothing unless I highlight. All fonts appear to be set to white. I accidently clicked on the part of the page that allowed me to go to the next page. Even on the final order page I can't see the font. Sorry

and the Golf motif is still there too...

What is really weird is that all of the people seeing the white background and the golf ball are from Canada. I don't think it has anything to do with it, but a very weird coincedence.

I have now been on the phone with them for 2 hours because a tech I was working with "thought" she knew how to fix it and lost all of my changes from the begining.

So... it's set up not to be available to Canadians? I get that when I try to see US tv shows online!

I can see it now... it's not the same motif as the forum, but at least it isn't golf oriented.
