Customers complain about face paiters at other events?

We did a county festival yesterday and had several people complain to us that the painters they had at 4 of July were not very good and not using face paints but acrylics in tubes. This event we were at was organized by the historical soiciaty and the 4th was not. Should I call the county parks department and tell them?

I personally wouldn't but I might call and offer my services and explain the paint differences and safety but in a positive way in that you do it the correct way.

I wondering if the other people were doing it for free or for charity or something. It seems like the acrylic people are always something like that.

Yes they were doing it for free,but how free is it if kids are getting reactions and it's taking parents days to get it off.

I definitely wouldn't call and complain about an event that I wasn't there for, and didn't experience for myself. But there's nothing wrong with letting them know what products a good painter would use, and making yourself available for their next event.
