DFX Official Statement

I am guessing that we will never see any proof that Elena did what they accuse her of. If she had they would be in litigation and DFX wouldn't be sending out that official statement, let alone sending out extended versions of their story, which by the way I also thought was unprofessional IMO. While it looks like Elena dropped off here, I am guessing she does have a lawyer...that's what a smart person would do, because if she is indeed innocent, which I think she may be, then she could sue DFX for this whole shamble.

Even in the case that Elena is guilty or if they have any problems with her, They should never let the world know, this is being like a gossip, if they didn't sell the paint, but the paint it is from the same fabric, they should handle it legally and inside of the company, it is a very unprofessional way to do business.

DFX shot themselves in the foot... I doubt they'll be able to sell anything after this.

I don't know, how much of their business do you really think is in the states. It seems their other business is carrying on like nothing happened, probably because nothing did happen...to them!
