It has finally gotten to that point............

Where I need to have a second painter. I have had to turn down too many jobs lately and I have had my fill of that. So I am training a young girl from my church. She's gonna be a junior college and I have know her since she was 4 yrs old. She has always taken an interest and has sat and watched me on several ocassions. She's had to cut back on her weekly hours at another job due to her studies, but is still in need of funds to pay expenses. She's on her own for alot of her education expenses.

So how perfect was it that I decided to bring her on. I asked her at church on Sunday and she is sooooo excited and so thankful that I asked her because it would be a help financially to her and not require alot of hours away from her studies. Her school is only an hour away, she is home most weekends and she has her own car. I will work closely with her and I am hopeful she will be ready by Nov. to work with me and eventually go out on her own. I think to start her off I will bring back the 1 hour party special for clients who live in close proximity

She truly is a beautiful young lady and I am glad we will both be able to benefit from this.

Thats wonderful. I have a young lady who comes and models faithfully for me every Friday afternoon,, I would love to train her up but she is moving to Australia soon. I am so sad as we have grown very close. I do two designs on her and she is now doing one on me every Friday. I would love to buy her a 12 pallete for a leaving present,,fingers crossed for extra funds,,So I am very happy for you to have found the right person to work for you. Have heaps of fun.
