I was wanting to make some liquid bling ,but wasn't sure on the ratio .Can you HELP!?

I think half aloe to glitter. Just keep adding glitter to the aloe until it is the right consistency. Have fun.

That's what I did. However, make sure your aloe doesn't have alcohol in it. Otherwise you'll have to keep re-adding it as the alcohol evaporates. I learned the hard way.
