Red Dye Allergy Empty Red Dye Allergy

Do all face paints and all colors have red dye, guessing that white would not but, blues, blacks ect could have it hiding in it? Would it be safe to face paint a child with a red dye allergy if you used only the colors that don't contain it? Does any one have any experience with this?

I ran into a child w/ red dye allergies & did a yellow & white tiger on him. It looked pretty cool & he loved it!
