Pink Pirate Skull? Empty Pink Pirate Skull?

I have a private birthday party coming up and the THEME - at least on the cake, is a SKULL with a pink eye patch and wearing a pink bow. The guest of honor is a 10 yr old girl. Would anyone have time to show me a possible face paint design version or two?

I can't find the pic, it must be on my facebook somewhere, but I did a Midsummer eve themed wedding in the garden of a stately home last yr & the angelic flower girl wanted to be a pirate skull...compromised by adding a pink bandanna to her face with roses along the edge...
