Pashurs Body Painting Lingerie Class

I took Pashurs body painting lingerie class thursday night and it was FANTASTIC! It's the second time I've body painted, and the first time I had to do the models front. I found an awesome model, and had a great time. Pashur helped walk us thru the steps, with lots of tips along the way, but also gave good constructive criticism about our paintings as well. Here are pics of how mine turned out... I'm SOOO happy with it!

Very Nice Amanda! This would have been a great one to stay for. I just didn't feel ready for such a thing yet. I think he said he would be doing a body painting class next time he comes around, I will def. try to be there. You are so talented by the way, I noticed your monster face you were working on your dummy head, it looked just like his!!!!!

Thanks! It was alot less intimidating than I expected. I think because we had a specific thing we were painting, with specific steps, it kept the class moving and everyone really motivated. Pashur showed us 1 style and way of doing it so we were all basicly mimicking his design, but we still all had completely different looking pieces at the end! At this beginning stage it's really nice to have someone show you exactly how to do something to get a certain result instead of having someone try and have you be completely creative right from the start... it keeps a class on track, but also helps you feel more confident in what you are working on. Next time I think I'll be more comfortable stepping a bit out of the box now that I have the basics down.

I cannot get the hang of leopard spots- so I am super impressed with those!

Thanks guys! It was SOOO fun! I love Pashur as a teacher because he doesn't hold back... he called my original leopard "dots" watermellon seeds. Then showed me how to make correct leopard spots. He also wasn't sure about my little fine lace on top, but I told him he had to trust me which got a chuckle out of him, and he did like it in the end. It's good to have actual constructive criticism!
