Very nice! Gives me the creeps just looking at it (in a nice way) Smile. The shadows are very realistic.

I must say that I found it a bit scary myself.
About the texture on the abdomen, that is just a lot of (mixed) paint that wrinkled a bit on my skin Laughing
I'm planning to make a SBS movie about how to do the shading.
