I've had a poster framed of a mamma giraffe kissing her baby hanging on my wall for years. Criss painted a belly with it a few months back and I've been inspired to try it too. Here's my version...

Beautiful, as usual!

My question is, how did you manage to fit a belly in, what with your M-F and raising a family? I haven't even finished my taxes, so I can't imagine trying to raise kids and paint AND have another job!

Yeah, taxes aren't done! LOL...Belly was for my sanity Very Happy I did a corporate gig last weekend too. Giraffe was yesterday. I stayed home with the kids and Ray went fishing for his sanity. I'm learning to be OK with 'good enough' housekeeping Very Happy I hope to get taxes done over the long weekend. I always get money back so it's not a super panic.

Actually I have a couple other jobs! I'm still teaching at UFV Wed nights too! LOL and the kids have baseball 5 days a week between the 2 of them. I also teach Sunday School and am PAC secretary for the kids' school. Be happy with your stage of life honey!

Magna, that is really beautiful. You are truly talented.

I have another belly on the horizon will be hittin her 7th month next month. I am going early this time for 2 reasons....my last belly popped (went into labor) the day I was supposed to do it. Secondly this way I cam maybe paint her at least 2 or 3 times before she is due.

At this stage of the game if I am ever gonna jumpstart the belly portion of the biz....

1 reusable belly is better than no belly at all...lol
