So yesterday was my 1st face painting gig for little Daniel's 2nd Bday was a little nervous at first but after the first cute little kid I was comfy. The parents even called me last night to day they all loved my work Wink I do need more boy practice ... That's my next goal!

Congratulations from another relative newbie!

It is great to get that first gig under the belt Smile

Getting practice is the key and I know I need a lot more, so I try to go to as many jams as I can since my kids are not keen on being painted.... There are quite a few in SoCal --- most of them are listed here: http://westcoastfacepainters.com/facepaintingcalendar.html
