Body Painting Empty Body Painting

Looks like I will be doing some body painting this summer. I'm not sure how to approach this. Should I buy a torso for practice? Those things are pricey. Shocked How did you get started body painting?

Well, I grabbed a willing body and jumped right in. But, I don't use practice heads, either. All the basics you know from face painting are the same... except painting over undies and nipple covers, which does take a getting used to. Plan for twice as much time as you think it will take... and go for it!

I just done my first body recently and I was super nervous, and it was just my sister. I know if it was a stranger it probably would have been super awkward for the first time. So I would say grab someone you know and get started! I never though I would like body painting it almost seemed like I was, in a weird way, invading someone's space. But after I got started I felt so inspired and energized! LOL I don't think it would be the same on a practice torso. :/ I am sure there will be lots of people willing to be your canvas! Good Luck! And have fun!! Very Happy

Yeah, I just started with a person. I did an add for models and photographers and picked the ones I liked the most.
