FIRST EVENT EVER TOMORROW!

So my partner Emily and I have been working face painting at a theme park for the past year now and tomorrow is our first event at Silver Springs in FL. It's a huge children's festival and we are so excited. Any recommendations on what to bring and what to leave?

Bring it all, better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it!!
Are you doing ppf? For me paying a "cashier/organizer" girl is sooooo worth it. Good luck to you guys

No it's a volunteer thing but we are allowed for tips.

You guys are going to be sooooo busy!!!!

Bring lots of water and snacks.
Make sure you eat and drink. If it's FREE, you are going to be swamped. Make sure you hand out a business card to every child that sits in your chair.
Make a sign that says something like "Tips not expected, but always appreciated."

Yeah I tried all of that. There was a whole lot of mix up at the last minute. Fail.
