Right smack in the middle of a blizzard here in New Jersey.....no end in sight...total white out conditions.

Sending warm thoughts your way... of course it's meant to dip to 29 degrees here tonight too! Had to cover the citrus trees!

Nothing like the first big snow of the season! Kids all playing outside for hours, and tons of hot choc w/mini marshmls! Crazy weather, but a great day to just be together with the family! Hope you an Angel are staying dry and warm!

So jealous. We just got excited about a little bit of sleet this morning. We haven't seen snow in years!

Changing, how many inches are you guys getting? And I thought we were getting away without snow this month. I hate it that every time we have a snow storm my husband is away and I always end up digging myself out and shoveling his driveway too for when he gets back Ugh!

I feel you Changing. I'm in Philly and it's hitting us hard too. Good thing we have tons of new toys to keep us busy. I just pray that it leaves before cabin fever sets in.....LOL....

Woo Hoo! I don't even know what the "first snow of the season" feels like, since I've always lived in CA close to the ocean. BUT, we are probably going up to the snow in Yosemite this week. There should be lots of it, judging by all the rain we've had here.

28 degrees outside & there's a wind chill factor, but I'm not sure what it is. No snow in FL. Traditionally when it gets cold enough to freeze, the precipitation level goes down. Stay warm everyone!

It started snowing here around midnight on Christmas and we woke up yesterday to about 8".....which is rare for North Carolina....it kept snowing all day and we now have about 10" and it's 25 degrees!
(this rocks!)

Awww I feel for you I hate the cold.. although a white christmas would be awesome as it's always 30- something degrees celcius here around Christmas and we stuff ourselves with food.... not a good combo!
I'll make sure I hit the beach for the ladies of FPF.

Thanks for the sympathy ladies! I really hate the cold and specially the snow.

I haven't been out of my house since Christmas Eve and I am about to pull my hair out. I had to shovel from my front door down the steps...lots of steps, to his driveway. I didn't even dug myself out because I had to make space for my husband's car for when he gets home from his trip. He has a lot of shoveling to do tomorrow.

We still have a beautiful blanket of snow here. Although by this weekend it will be 60 degrees....weird weather here!

It's supposed to be 75 degrees on New Years Eve. If I get the gig I want, it'll be good, as all the gals will have on their slinky straplesses!

We got over 2 feet of snow dumped on us. Yesterday after about 5 hours we were able to uncover my car. Hopefully things will get back to some sort of normal and my gigs this week don't cancel on me. (fingers crossed)

Sounds like you got it worse than we did in Philly! Hope you were able to dig your car out of that mess!
