Another Internet Marketing Idea for you

Did you know that putting your website in your signature and posting on THIS FORUM helps you out in search engine rankings? Yep! I checked, and each of these discussions are indexed by Google. So, putting your website link in your siggy and then posting will tell Google that more sites are linking to you and that will kick up your rank.

Go ahead, google something in your signature - you'll find a listing for a post you made here!

YEP, careful what you say! LOL. I've had clients who actually googled me and read some of my posts on FPHQ. Thankfully, they were pleased with what they saw.

The Where's The Beef section of this forum is private though, and shouldn't come up in Google.

wmeventservices, you need to put your website link in your signature! a few key words would be good too!

that's good to know about the where's the beef section, it had me a little worried to post too much in there because of that.

Thanks Gina, and Tash, it's a good reminder not to put anything on the internet that you wouldn't want to show up on a screen at an event you're painting at!

I HIGHLY recommend getting a google alert for your personal name and business name...that way you know when you come up anywhere on the web. =)
