TAG2... YOUR IT

Here is my interpretation of Romeo & Juliet. I painted it on my husbands back but I think it would be doable for a large cheek art or maybe the arm.

I now tag Gina Paints. To do a half cat, half turtle flutterbies. Just couldn't resist.

I challenge you to a baseball theme, seen as the World Series is going on.

Annette, that's cute, I agree it could be scaled and simplified for cheek art...but I would hate to paint 20 of those in a sitting! Nice work!

Not sure which is the better pic of this. But My tag Was Baseball...Since the WS was going on. So I thought a Flaming Baseball might be good thing to have in my go to designs. Its kind of simple (Thank you ANNETTE!!!) but Im not great yet like some of you guys...... I'm still working on the CAt/turtle flutterby I will let you know when i have perfected it.

Soooo The next tag..... Psalm If your feeling better... in honor of the upcoming Holiday how about Frankenstein or Bride of Frankenstein....maybe both?

Sometimes simple is best! Great vivid colors, shading - I like the two colors of flames and the threads on the baseball. I had to come up with a ball and flames for my menu - so this is what they mean by ball? Not like a comet...got it.

You know... until you guys mentioned the world series I didn't even know it was going on.

Sorry, no Frankenstein, but I got the Bride for ya! Wish I knew how to make it black & white...

I used Kryolan White, powdered it with Starblend White & all highlights are DFX Metallic silver. I used Paradise Grey, Starblend Black & Paradise Black for the shading. I actually didn't use any DFX Black because I wanted it to be softer looking. I also painted her hair with Kryolan white, but I'm not sure how well it showed in the photo.

Thank you so much for the compliment about my avatar. It was the final look I did on Friday when I went to my daughter's school to paint the 6th grade for their big parade.

I loved the movie the Guardians.........if you haven't seen it, it really is a good movie. Can't wait to see what WM comes up with. Good challenge
