How about a monthly website review?
I've noticed it is very time consuming to review several websites at one time. I love doing it & am so inspired by seeing others sites. I wanted to propose we review 1-2 sites a month so we can really be a help to each other. Maybe even have some advice on what makes a good site & the top 10 things that will make you leave & never return.
Re: How about a monthly website review?
Are you talking our own sites or shops and resource sites?

Re: How about a monthly website review?
Sounds Great! Ok, I will offer up my site. I take constructive criticism very well.
Good, bad & well, whatever you can find ; )
Links are below so you can limit it to face painting only and/or my Gallery, if you want, as two are face paint related.
Enjoy,
Susan
PS: Don't be surprised at what face painters did before we were bitten by the bug!
Yes, that is my bike Lancer is sleeping under. I actively competed with it in show & skill events and wrote articles for the major touring magazines

Re: How about a monthly website review?
Shannon,
This would be a way for us to request a critique of our websites from each other... what you like, don't like, a typo you didn't realize was there, etc.
I've seen a lot of requests lately & while I'd love to have time to review them all, it's just too much info overload. A few at a time would be easier.

Hello girls. My name is Elena and I just started learning how to face paint. I found this website, that doesn't charge for shipping and I wanted to ask if any of you have ever used it and if you had good experience with them The site is www.wowfactorstuff.com And sorry for double posting, I am new and am not sure if I will be able to find where I posted my question, since there are so many threads. I absolutely love this website, what a great job you people are doing!

I've heard great things about wowfactorstuff, but have never used them. I love Gina's work though!

I just help with the ones I have time for, and let others check out the rest.

Re: How about a monthly website review?
I guess I'll go for it too... I've been working on changing the look a little.... so where to we start with this and by saying "monthly"... does it take a month to give feedback or are we doing an ongoing thing with one website for a month until we've fixed everything with it?

Where do we sign up?? My thought right now is I'm debating on taking off the 'gallery' tab since I have photos on the slideshow with thumbnails there...do you think that is a good or bad idea??
