I use face paint then sometime I poof some glitter on top of it. It seems to be the kids favorite part--sparkly lips.

Red paint with red glitter is the best.

I don't really paint the lips. Just my own preference but I will put on a frosted, pink, or clear lip gloss with a q-tip and a poof of glitter.

I've heard of people applying lip conditioner or chapstick with a Q-tip before painting the lips, but I don't do it. But definately, ALWAYS USE A Q-TIP!
