This request is created with my grandmother in mind...she passed away this week and has been on my mind continously.

One memory that I keep churning over is from our trip to Ireland, when she got up in a pub and did the “Alligator Dance.”

So my request to you is, would you share your alligator designs with me?

This is a design that I would like to add to my portfolio in my grandmother’s memory so I can get a little chuckle each time I paint it. I'm looking for inspiration since alligators are outside my normal style of painting.

Well, I didn't have an alligator pic on file, but your story inspired me. Now, I don't know what grandma's alligator dance was like, but my grandpa would have appreciated a hula girl.

I get asked to paint gators a ton, and I'm not sure this is what you are looking for- but here's a Florida Gator....
