I've purchased some of those. Hobby Lobby now has rhinestones in bulk. And this week they are 50% off. I got 1pound for $7.98. A great deal. They are also about the only retail store that sells the clear dimensional no odor silicone needed to make custom jewel clusters. Much cheaper than online. Cost $6.49, but was 40% off

I use EBAY or ALIEXPRESS , you often can get 40 pieces for $.99 cents or you can bid and get them for $.40 cents.

May want to consider medical grade silicone - which is people safe. More expensive but skin safe.
