Biodegradable glitter- anyone use 'em?

I use a LOT of glitter, and I'm starting to be concerned about my environmental impact. I have started reading about there being environmentally friendly glitters out there, but the ones I've found have been not fine enough or not cosmetic cut or ridiculously expensive. Does anyone have a source that is affordable, comes in lots of colors (I use 25) and the correct cut?

I have an amazing source here on maui and they have a ton of colors and 6 hex sizes each! It's DEFINITELY fine enough and cosmetic grade! I was helping her package it a couple weeks ago and it's beautiful! We have to be extra cautious with our glitter use out here in Hawaii due to the delicate situation of our coral reefs and wildlife, so we're all in on this relatively new to the market product! Yes, here on the west coast biodegradable glitter is a must have. The are a few types some disolve quickly in less than an hour some take 90 days or so.

So far it's pricey but those prices should begin to drop. If crafters and face painters all moved in this directions prices would drop fast.

Overall it's not rave girls and face painters clogging up the world with glitter, its fishermen. On sea going boats they keep 25 lb boxes on desk and drop large amounts into the water to attract fish. This is the glitter to be concerned about. But like using glass straws I am happy to do my part.
