Hi from Ohio
I am a beekeeper and new face painter. I like the tip I read on the forum to cut up car wash sponges for painting. Does anyone use Barbicide to disinfect their brushes? A local face painter help me to select good quality paint. It does look richer on the skin than the kind I had been using.
This Saturday, I will be participating in an artist street fair for the community. Feel free to comment or give advice. I am a newbie!

Re: Hi from Ohio
welcome, darla, hope your face painting at the street fair is fun would advise against painting bees, though (like, painting on live insects)

Try tack sponges from your local equestrian supplier...if you cut them in half, you'll have both flat & rounded surfaces & they look more uniform in your kit.
